12 WEEK STUDENT FITNESS GUIDE
This guide is 12 weeks long to last you a semester. It is also enough time for your mind and body to get into the momentum of working out and choosing healthy meals. Iβm so excited for you to feel amazing in your own skin and feel your mind release during this school semester. I myself am a student and cannot praise enough how much mental clarity these 30 min workouts, time/budget friendly meals, and planners helped me thrive in school along with running a business full time.

I grew up with dance for 13 years, and after leaving it found it difficult to find a routine that worked for me. After moving to New York and feeling intimidated by costly meals and a packed schedule, I found out a way to integrate healthy habits into my life without excuses. My personal wellness journey came with the greatest gift of self-fulfillment and self-given energy that I dove deeper with qualifications in NCSF Certified Fitness. I got to a point where I became so passionate about sharing my life changing rituals, so I created AYAM: the workouts, yummy/quick meals, habits, and plans for anyone who feels ready to take a step for themselves.
